Recently, I was inspired by DailyLook to join their LBD Spring Style Challenge. I was absolutely thrilled!
So I came up with my ideal spring outfit, incorporating some of my favorite Spring trends of 2015.
First, the LBD or Little Black Dress. Always in style for its versatility. This gorgeous lace dress by Tularosa is my pick for the perfect Spring dress. I am loving how it can be worn casually as I have shown above, and yet can also transition into the night just as easily. (dress it up with strappy sandals and a cute clutch!) While the runways were awash with white lace for Spring 2015, black ensembles were also a trend. This dress makes a beautiful combination of the two, and is also something I think can transition into fall season.
Denim is another hot trend this season, and I picked a denim vest to incorporate into this look. It keeps the look casual, yet still put together. A vest would also allow the sleeves of the dress to still make a statement while keeping you from feeling cold or too exposed.
Last trend I wanted to include is the color Army Green. This muted color doesn’t make as bold a statement as say, teal or yellow, but is an interesting step up from your classic neutrals. This saddlebag by DailyLook keeps the look from being too simple or dull.
For the rest of the outfit I chose a pair of black booties, gold accessories and this cute pair of sunglasses by Sunnies Studios.
Complete the look with a flawless face, a swipe of coral (try MAC Raveshing) or bright pink (try MAC Lickable) lipstick and tie your hair up in a messy bun or updo.
