Hi Everyone!
Is it hot or what?!
With summer here, gyms are full and exercise gear is more expensive. And everyone is headed to the beach. So it comes as no surprise that people are bent on getting a toned bikini body.
Now, I’m not the kind of person who likes to go to the gym or have strict diets. I’m lazy and I love to eat (who doesnt?!). So what I do is I make sure that I eat the right kinds of food, and that I don’t eat too much. I also try my best to get some exercise in my routine so I don’t become sedentary. It’s a small step for beginners 🙂
It always helps to have something to guide you, so that’s where today’s post comes in. Enter, Noom Weight Loss Coach!
This app is available on Google Play Store and iTunes. I’ve been using it for a while now and it really helps me with keeping track of what I’ve been eating. It also gives you tips about how to live a clean and healthy lifestyle. On top of that, it also has a pedometer that counts your steps throughout the day. Pretty nifty eh?
The app is free, but you can unlock more features with the Pro version. Noom also has other apps for those who would rather focus on exercise or who would prefer just the pedometer function. What’s nice about the weight loss coach however, is that it incorporates a little of everything needed to really lose weight.
If you want a little more motivation, there’s a separate widget called the Bikini Widget.
This works in conjunction with with Noom Weight Loss Coach and is a pretty cool app. Every time you gain “points” on Noom, the swimsuit widget will slowly transform from a one piece into a bikini. Personally, it made me a little excited every time I saw the widget change. Now if only I could connect my own body to this widget hehehe.
Of course, this is not a one solution, “cure-all”, miracle worker that will make you instantly sexy for the summer. You have to be committed to eating right and to exercising regularly. This app will only help you keep track of your progress and maybe give you some advice here and there.
Have you tried this app? What do you think of it?
