Hey Everyone! I’ve got another Empties post to share today. This one will be all about body products that I’ve used up and my thoughts on each one. You can find part 1 on Hair Products over here.
1. Avon Naturals Body Care Shower Gel (Pomegranate and Mango) – I bought this on a whim and was pleasantly surprised with it. It smelled amazing and lathered up so well. It was also very affordable. Would definitely be checking out more Avon bath products in the future.
2. The Body Shop Shower Gel (Apple Blossom) – I’ve always made known my love for Body Shop Shower Gels (mentioned in my 2016 empties here) This one has a sweet, fruity (apples obvs) scent that I really enjoyed. Body Shop shower gels lather very well and make you feel clean without drying your skin out.
3. Vaseline Healthy White SPF24 Triple Protection Lotion – In case you haven’t noticed from my 2017 body empties, I’ve been trying out all sorts of Vaseline lotions! This one is specifically for sun care and has SPF24. I didn’t notice much whitening effects but I will say that my skin was moisturized and that I was protected from the sun (my skin didn’t get darker while out and about during summer). Would consider repurchasing this again.
4. Olay Deep Moisture with Honey Body Wash – I also do really love Olay Body Washes. I tried one that I mentioned in my 2015 empties that was really good. This one also doesn’t disappoint – it smells nice and lathers well. It leaves you feeling clean and your skin super soft! A little goes a long way with this so it gives more bang for your money.
5. The Body Shop Shower Gel (Satsuma) – Normally I don’t like oranges and orange-y smells. This one was surprisingly refreshing! Great for morning showers!
Samples used:
1. Nivea Soft Moisturizing Creme – Silly me didn’t photograph this face up. This one was a rather thick moisturizing creme but it really does moisturize very well. I used this on dry spots on my elbows and was happy to find that my skin did become less rough and flaky.
